Worshipper, mentor, and vessel of grace are the characteristics of this dynamic Woman of God. Our Pastor has a lovely wife Nakia, who is the epitome of the Proverbs 31 woman. She is the quiet strength in the Johnson family, raising three children while pursuing a career as a Clinical Protocol Manager at one of the nation’s largest pharmaceutical companies.  She is an awesome woman of God in her own right and has much to offer the body of Christ. She is an inspiration to many as she supports her husband entirely.  She shares and embraces her husband’s true passion for ministry and personal empowerment.

Born and raised in Englishtown, New Jersey, she is the product of the Manalapan-Englishtown School System; she matriculated at Ashford University and completed her graduate work at Lincoln University in Philadelphia, PA.

Nakia Walker first caught the eye of her future husband, Pastor Conway C. Johnson, Jr. while they were teenagers at the Mount Ararat Missionary Baptist Church in Jamesburg, New Jersey.  They were married on January 14, 2006, at the same church.

Nakia and Pastor Johnson, along with their three children, humbly accept the responsibilities of leading the great cloud of witnesses called the Sharon Baptist Church in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  During her time at Sharon, she dedicated her time and talents in the ministries of music, youth and women.
